Our team of trainers and consultants was formed in 2004 in Moscow (Russian Federation) under the DOOR International franchise. In 2008 the team is starting operations under the independent brand "BRIDGE".
The philosophy of the brand is to deliver Smart Training and Development solutions to BRIDGE THE GAP between personnel competencies (knowledge, skills, attitude) and business requirements.
Based in Moscow we have 10 permanent trainers, several project based associates, 2 dedicated account managers and 3 employees at support function. We have permanent representatives in Novosibirsk and Samara and subcontractors in St. Petersburg. Thus we cover the three major business centres of the Russian Federation, plus its capital Moscow.
The IT infrastructure that we have (developed at MS Sharepoint) allows us to automatize all the major business processes: resource planning, knowledge management and internal project billing. We speak Russian, English, Spanish and French.
